Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure swift issue resolution.

Provide product and service information to customers.

Assist in developing customer support processes and documentation.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Customer Support Specialist, Customer Service Representative, or similar role.

    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

    • Proficiency in customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.

    • Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.

    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent service.
