Position Overview:We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team with administrative tasks, manage client communications, and ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents, reports, and proposals.

Manage client communications, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information in CRM systems.

Assist in lead generation, research, and database management.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Prepare sales presentations and materials for meetings.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    • Proficiency in CRM software like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience in sales processes and customer relationship management.

    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
