Job Description: Appointment Setter

Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive client relationships to support our sales and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.

Schedule appointments for sales representatives and ensure all details are accurately recorded.

Maintain and update the client database with accurate and current information.

Follow up with leads and prospects to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless client interactions.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role.


    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    Strong organizational and time management abilities.


    Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, or similar.


    Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.


    High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.


    Preferred Skills:


    Experience in telemarketing or cold calling.


    Familiarity with sales processes and lead generation.


    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
